Synopsis

 Synopsis 

Someone is clicking onto the screen with the computer in focus, they click onto a link which takes them to a live video of a girl (one of us) covered in blood and sweat crying into the camera, there is a voting section to the side of the screen telling the user to decide her fate. DIE or LIVE the user will be unable to make a decision as the girls screams and pleads for help continue to grow. The timer at the top of the screen hits zero and suddenly the room goes red. The girl stops screaming and instead look horrified. Just as she is about to scream again (and be murdered) the person at the other side of the screen clicks away from the tab closing the live stream. They sit back, shaking and sweating before the computer monitors light flashes on, signifying his camera is recording him. The shot slowly pans away with the person looking into the screen with tears down their eyes glued to the screen. Then the whole room flashes red and the film ends.

Script scene by scene 

First scene – the person behind the screen receives a link, unknown email link. Advertisement which takes the person to the video chat. 

Second scene – ‘Meg’ appearing on screen, sweating and crying into the camera. It shoots back to the person behind the screen as an extreme closeup on their face, shocked about what is happening. They are trying to come to terms with what is happening. 

Third scene – voting bar appears, live or die, meg then cries into camera while trying to escape. Cries for help and tells the viewers this is not a game. 

Forth scene – viewer sees the timer at the top of the screen, viewer starts screaming into computer telling them to get out, starts typing in the chat to tell everyone to let her live. Timer goes down quickly. 

Fifth scene - The timer at the top of the screen hits zero and suddenly the room goes red. The girl stops screaming and instead look horrified. The screen starts to glitch, and goes black, the girl getting dragged is shown on screen, killer is shown briefly. Screen keeps glitching, body pulled away.  

Sixth scene - They sit back, shaking and sweating before the computer monitors light flashes on (drops phone if using phone) signifying his camera is recording. 

Seventh scene -. The shot slowly pans away with the person looking into the screen with tears down their eyes glued to the screen. Close up then pause. 

Eighth scene - Then the whole room flashes red and you see a shadow.
